The FBI and IRS are teaming up and reportedly have the son of former CONCACAF head and FIFA VP, Jack Warner, as witness. Additionally, British journalist, Andrew Jennings is helping investigators out as he is known for his book "Foul!" on FIFA's history of corruption.
