Hot on the heels of the news that the United States would finish their 10-game World Cup Victory Tour in New Orleans, local Honolulu news is reporting that the USWNT will play Trinidad & Tobago in Hawaii on December 6, followed by another friendly on December 10.

The US last faced T&T on October 15, 2014 in a surprisingly narrow 1-0 win during World Cup qualifying. They are 8-0-0 all time against T&T and have collectively outscored them 55-2.
Eight out of ten Victory Tour games have been scheduled now, with four to be played in December. At least three of those games are over a span of 10 days, including a flight halfway across the Pacific.
Facing a smaller team like Trinidad & Tobago limits head coach Jill Ellis' ability to truly evaluate players for Olympic qualifying, but she may also consider this a good opportunity for young players to get their feet wet. Ellis hasn't yet called up anyone outside her World Cup roster besides Crystal Dunn but there's plenty of opportunity to do so with six Victory Tour games left to go.
The game airs 8 PM ET on Fox Sports 1.
