Fabian Johnson has been on an offensive tear lately. We've talked about this. But his contributions aren't just about him putting the ball into the net. The Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder is also creating goals for teammates, as he did on Tuesday against Manchester City in Champions League play.

What the replay doesn't show is that Johnson also was the player who carried the ball into the offensive half. But Johnson also makes a great play by dribbling into the box. The pass may not have been exactly what he intended, but give him credit for putting the ball in a dangerous place.
Getting a point in this game would effectively clinch the No. 3 spot in Group D for Gladbach, too, which would keep them put them into Europa League.
