USMNT vs. Panama, 2015 Gold Cup: Lineups and match thread

Jim Brown-USA TODAY Sports

The United States are through to the knockout rounds of the Gold Cup after just two group games. That doesn't mean their job is completely finished. The USMNT take on a Panama side out for revenge in their final group game. If you recall, the Americans crushed Panama's World Cup dreams on the last gameday of qualifying. Graham Zusi's stoppage time goal broke the country's collective hearts. They'll surely be pushing hard for the win.

Panama currently sit on just two points after two games played. They were thought to be the favorites to finish second in the group coming into the tournament, but results haven't gone their way.

Jurgen Klinsmann has decided to change every single field player except for one. Old reliable, the captain, Michael Bradley wasn't having any of that rest stuff. He gets the start as an attacking mid in what looks like a return to the 4-4-2 diamond formation.

Alejandro Bedoya, Chris Wondolowski, and Alfredo Morales get their first starts of the tournament. With the group clinched, some of the top regulars like Clint Dempsey and Jozy Altidore are rested.

United States: Guzan, Chandler, Alvarado, Brooks, Johnson, Beckerman, Bedoya, Morales, Bradley, Wondolowski, Zardes

The match kicks off at 9:30 p.m. ET and will be live on Fox Sports 1 and UniMas.
