Classy move.

As you know by now, Jurgen Klinsmann has been relieved of his duties as USMNT head coach and technical director and replaced by Bruce Arena heading into 2018.

Those waiting to hear what the departing German legend would say about the news can wait no longer. Jurgen took to his facebook page to post this classy video message to the USMNT fans and players, thanking them for the support.

Watch here:

THANK YOU

Big THANK YOU to everyone for a tremendous 5 1/2 years coaching the US National Team! It's been an unforgettable experience and honor! Best of luck to the team on the road to Russia!

“I just simply want to say thank you to all of you for an amazing ride over the last five and half years,” Jurgen said in the message. “It’s been an amazing experience. It’s been a huge honor to lead the national team over that amount of time.”

No matter what your soccer beliefs and philosophies are, whether you were pro or anti-Klinsmann, he’s still a human being going through a rough time in his professional life. It was very classy of him to post such a video and to stay poised and complimentary throughout.

Hopefully he lands on his feet going forward and has more success in the future.
