Jordan Morris scored a brace around this time last year to win Stanford the College Cup. He may have gone and topped that clutch display today in the second leg of the Western conference final against Colorado Rapids.
With the Seattle Sounders up 2-1 on aggregate, Jordan Morris scored to possibly send them to the MLS Cup final. And what a goal it was:
What a finish from @JmoSmooth13! A MASSIVE away goal for @SoundersFC. #COLvSEA https://t.co/6PVqIW6QMH

Racing onto a throughball from Nelson Valdez, Morris turned on his jets and reached the ball just before the Rapids’ back-up goalkeeper Zac MacMath and clipped a brilliant finish into the net to make the aggregate score 3-1.
Not only did Morris take a heavy knock in the process of scoring the goal, he’s doing all this while being incredibly sick coming into the match. What a gutsy performance by the youngster and one that will win him a lot of fans.
Oh, and Bruce Arena is in the crowd watching, so he picked a good match to show his talent.
