Alejandro Bedoya has done it again. A few weeks after scoring this goal in extra time to send his club, FC Nantes, to the Round of 16 of the Coupe de France, the American was at it again. Today against Bordeaux, Bedoya again played hero in the same competition.
Again coming on as a substitute like he did in the previous round of the cup, Bedoya bagged his second straight match-winning goal in the competition with this header at the far post:

The goal sends Nantes into the quarterfinals of the Coupe de France. It was the United States international's fourth goal in his last six matches. Quite a run of form.
His great production in France should leave no doubt that Bedoya is one of, if not the most in-form American players in the USMNT player pool at the moment. He's a guaranteed call-up for Jurgen Klinsmann in March. Now the only question that remains is, does he fit into the German's preferred starting XI?
