After two long months of intense club soccer, the United States men's national team finally kicks off their summer tour of the country (and territories) with their first ever friendly against Puerto Rico. Jurgen Klinsman, fresh off of announcing his controversial 23-man roster for the Copa America, will lead his experimental Mexican and European-based squad down to Bayamón, Puerto Rico for the first of three warm-up friendlies.

With MLS still in high gear and several clubs in Europe and Mexico still fighting for various causes, this 22-man squad will give USMNT fans a look at many fresh faces. A few we haven't seen in quite some time and five of which we've never seen get a cap for the senior team.

Puerto Rico are a very inexperienced international side, who don't play many competitive matches. They suited up for only a measly four matches in all of 2015, in which they only won one time.

This will be a great opportunity for the newcomers to plant a seed in Klinsmann's head for the future. A lot of these players were not selected to final Copa America roster. A good performance against Puerto Rico could give them a chance to down the road in September when World Cup qualifying resumes.

The historic friendly will be televised in English on Fox Sports 1 with kickoff scheduled for Noon Eastern Time. Mark Followill and former USMNT forward, Herculez Gomez, will be on the call. A 30-minute pregame show is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. with Rob Stone, Eric Wynalda, and Alexi Lalas in-studio.

USA Lineup: Guzan; Yedlin, Orozco, Brooks, Ream; Bedoya, Williams, Kitchen, Morales; Wood, Arriola

Puerto Rico Lineup: Sanchez; Martinez, D'Andrea, Velez, Lopez; Hall, Clark; Sanchez, Rivera, Marrero; Betancur
