The United States men's national team fell to Colombia, 1-0, in the third-place match at the 2016 Copa America Centenario. It was their second loss to the No. 3 ranked team in the world in this tournament. In each match the U.S. held their own but were unable to find the back of the net.
There were several good individual performances in the loss. After calculating your post-match ratings, we have a clear winner.
Man of the Match: Bobby Wood
Bobby Wood received the best rating from the community with Tim Howard coming a close second. Wood came the closest to scoring on the night. He saw an open shot bang off the post mid-way through the second half. He also had a few other good chances after finding space in the box. Unfortunately he was unable to capitalize and the Colombian's lone goal stood up.
