The United States women’s national team will wear a new kit for the 2016 Olympics.
Nike already unveiled a new kit for 2016 for many national teams, including the United States, but this will be specifically for the US women as they compete for a gold medal. They will resume wearing the usual kit after the Olympics are over.
As per the Olympic charter, there is no federation crest, and the uniforms say “USA” in place of the usual USSF logo. There are also no stars on the jersey.
The home kit looks to be an altered version of the current jersey, though Nike “replaces the current home kit’s blue sleeves with platinum-colored sleeves embedded with metallic threads.”

The away kit appears to be unmodified, except for the crest.
