The majority of experts picked Argentina to win the Copa America Centenario ahead of the tournament. They'll face off against the defending champions of the 2015 edition today as Chile look to repeat. The availability of Lionel Messi for Argentina is very much in doubt as reports of him only being able to jog in training on Sunday have emerged. Although their manager, Gerardo Martino, had not officially ruled him out for the match.

Chile's notable stars, Alexis Sanchez and Arturo Vidal, will hope to knock off the No. 1 team in the world with Messi possibly on the sidelines. It promises to be a very exciting match and one that could challenge Mexico vs. Uruguay for the best match of the first round group play.

Panama and Bolivia play earlier in the day. Neither are expected to do much in Group D, but maybe one of them could shock everyone and make some noise to worry their two powerhouse counterparts.
