Christian Pulisic remains a Borussia Dortmund player, as the German club has once again rejected a transfer offer, this time a €12 million ($13.42 million) bid by Liverpool.

Michael Zorc, Dortmund's sporting manager, admitted to Kicker that BVB had received multiple offers for the young midfielder. Rumors out of England had placed potential bids from Premier League clubs at up to €17.89 million ($20 million)

ESPN's Liverpool correspondent reported earlier today that the club, and other interested parties, are unlikely to acquire Pulisic this month.

Liverpool has an advantage over other potential suitors for Pulisic in the form of its manager, Jurgen Klopp, whose last stop was Dortmund. Pulisic started his professional career under the German coach's guidance, signing a contract as a 16-year-old in January of 2015.

Pulisic has appeared 12 times for Dortmund's senior squad, scoring two goals in nine Bundesliga games last year. At only 17, Pulisic is considered a bright spot for the future at both his club and national team, the latter of which he has played for six times since the beginning of 2016.
