The Yanks have been called into action and we had some encouraging signs over the weekend for those playing abroad. Cameron returned to action with just one day of training and proved he is fit for international duty. Yedlin also stepped up in a HUGE, hard-fought point against Liverpool.

Geoff Cameron
It was hard to say what exactly the back line for Stoke City was vs Southampton on Saturday. But Cameron played really well as Stoke secured the 2-1 win. He was all over the pitch and won 9 headers and added 7 clearances.

DeAndre Yedlin
Turned in a solid performance for Newcastle this weekend in a huge 1-1 draw with Liverpool.

Christian Pulisic
He played 14 minutes for Dortmund last week in their UCL match vs Real Madrid. Then he went the distance on the weekend in league play as they defeated Augsburg 2-1.

Bobby Wood
Bobby played 89 minutes and failed to score again up top for Hamburg in a 0-0 draw with Werder Bremen.

Tim Ream
Went the full 90 for Fulham in a 2-1 win over QPR in the Championship.

Omar Gonzalez
Gonzalez went the full 90 for Pachuca’s 4-0 drubbing of Cruz Azul midweek and then he again went the distance in another shutout on the weekend, a 0-0 draw with Necaxa.

Michael Orozco
He’s been included in the 18 for Tijuana’s last two matches, but did not make an appearance in either. He last played on Sept. 15 vs Club America, but was subbed out in the 63’ minute.

Jorge Villafaña
Was not named to the 18 for Santos’ match at Monterrey last week.

The players below were not named to the WCQ roster yesterday:

Timmy Chandler
Went the distance for Frankfurt in a 2-1 win over Stuttgart

He started and was subbed out in the 78min as Gladbach defeated Hannover 96 2-1.
