Update from our men & women playing around the globe

Alex Morgan

When you score a hat trick you get mentioned first in Yanks Abroad. In her fourth appearance for Lyon in France, Morgan netted three goals and could have had a couple more en route to a 6-0 win over Rodez.

Bobby Wood

He scored the winner this weekend for Hamburg in the 78’ minute over Monchengladbach. I still think he laid on the ground for too long, but Bobby got up JUST in time to somewhat ready himself and make a rather impressive finish.

Rubio Rubin

Entered the game in the 62nd minute and netted his first goal for Silkeborg in Denmark. Let me tell you.. it wasn’t pretty but it crossed the line and counts the same!

Emerson Hyndman

The 20 year old went the full 90 in one of the most fierce rivalries in the world, Rangers v Celtic. Hyndman was key in the Rangers late equalizer.

John Brooks

Yet another solid performance for Brooks in a HUGE 2-1 Hertha Berlin victory over Borussia Dortmund. Berlin are in 5th place, just two points behind Hoffenheim for a UCL qualification spot.

Cristian Pulisic

After netting a goal and an assist midweek in Champion’s League action, Pulisic was a 76th minute substutition in Dortmund’s loss to Hertha Berlin.

Brad Guzan

The soon-to-be Atlanta United keeper went the full 90 in Middlesbrough’s 2-0 loss to Manchester City in the FA Cup.

Fabian Johnson

Came on as a sub in the 57th minute in the 2-1 loss to Wood’s Hamburg.

Timmy Chandler

Not a pretty day for Eintracht Frankfurt as Timmy played centrally in what was basically a five-man back line against Bayern Munich. He went the full 90 in the 3-0 loss.

DeAndre Yedlin

Sat out this weekend with a thigh injury.
