After getting the start in possibly the most important match of his career, Christian Pulisic has come up as big as anyone could’ve possibly hoped for. He recorded an assist in the first half to help Borussia Dortmund bring the aggregate score level with Benfica in the second leg of their Champions League Round of 16 tie.
With the aggregate level, Pulisic went on and scored his first career Champions League goal with an absolutely fantastic finish. He was played in on the right side of the box, ran onto it and delicately chipped it over the Benfica keeper to give Dortmund a 2-1 lead in the tie. Unbelievable!
