The future is bright for U.S. Soccer’s biggest star and a very big transfer deal to one of the premier league’s most prestigious clubs could be on the horizon.
The latest buzz surrounding Christian Pulisic is that he will make a move to either Liverpool or Manchester United this summer, with it being reported that the two clubs are ready to fight it out over Pulisic.

With the admiration from Liverpool’s manager Jurgen Klopp, Manchester United will have to pay up in order to secure the rights of Pulisic. For Pulisic, he needs to go to the team in which he sees the best opportunity to win and grow as a player. However, Pulisic, a boyhood Man United fan might have the Red Devils in his mind. But, both teams have openings in which Pulisic could be utilized in.
Either way, both teams are keen on the move and are said to be offering a big sum of money. With the recent record-breaking transfers being recorded, it is easy to see Pulisic’s price tag in the high millions. For a young talent who has done it all from the club level, to the international level and in the Champions League, Pulisic is going to be a hot commodity.
Former teammate Ousmane Dembele transferred to Barcelona last summer for a deal that could rise up to $145 million with add-ons. Most recently, Phillippe Coutinho transferred to Barcelona for $142 million. Dembele has a bit more technical ability than Pulisic, but like Pulsisic, he is a young and up and coming player who has shown he can do it on all levels. Putting that into perspective, Pulisic if moved this summer is going to bring a big price tag to the table. Nothing has been confirmed and this is only speculation, but a $100 million price tag is what is being reported.
Imagine the day when an American soccer player is this big and worth this much. Well, that day could be coming sooner rather than later. Pulisic has caught the eye of some of the world’s biggest clubs and he is ready to take on the challenge of being on one of those clubs. Whether you like it or not, seeing Pulisic make that big of a transfer to either Manchester United or Liverpool is pretty sweet.
