Soccer: International Friendly Soccer -Peru at USA David Butler II-USA TODAY Sports

The United States men’s national team played to a 1-1 draw with Peru on Tuesday night. It was a learning moment for a very young an inexperienced American side that saw several players earn their first cap. Josh Sargent started and scored his second international goal to give the U.S. a second half lead. However, Peru drew level late in the match, taking advantage of a break down in the recently re-arranged USMNT back line.
