Tyler Adams is having a fantastic season in MLS and is likely to make the jump to Europe soon. The New York Red Bulls and U.S. men’s national team midfield spoke about a possible transfer ahead of his team’s rivalry match with NYCFC on Wednesday.
The 19-year-old admitted that this installment in the Hudson River Derby could be his last with rumors circulating about his future. He even hinted that the move could come as early as this winter’s transfer window. Here’s the video clip from MLSSoccer.com’s Andrew Wiebe with Adams’ comments:

The most prevalent rumor surrounding the promising youngster has been him joining his former manager, Jesse Marsch, at RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga. There have been other vague links with the likes of AS Roma, but the Leipzig rumor seems to be the most persistent and logical.
Adams appears to be a large factor in the USMNT’s future. Whatever move he decides to make for his career will need to be a smart one.
