Today, United States Men’s National Team head coach Gregg Berhalter announced that nine European-based players will be added to the full roster for CONCACAF Nations League matches against Canada and Cuba next week. The nine players will be added to the pre-camp training roster of MLS-based players that was unveiled last week.

John Brooks, Tyler Boyd, Sergiño Dest, Weston McKennie, Alfredo Morales, Christian Pulisic, Tim Ream, Josh Sargent, and DeAndre Yedlin are the players from Europe that will join the team once the international fixture window opens this weekend. Brooks makes the roster after returning to action from injury. Sergiño Dest also makes his return to the team following his commitment to the program, and Alfredo Morales rejoins the squad after not being called into the squad last month. The full roster, including players that are participating in the MLS Cup Final, will be released on Monday.

Five players currently in camp with the USMNT—Mark McKenzie, Brenden Aaronson, Djordje Mihailovic, Jeremy Ebobisse, and Jonathan Lewis—will leave the team later this week to join the U-23s for matches against Argentina, Brazil and Chile. Those matches are part of the United International Football Festival, which takes place November 7-17 in the Canary Islands.
