Yanks Abroad: John Brooks assist & shutout

Brooks, along with a couple other Americans, turned in MOTM worthy performances this past week.

Several United States players put in performances this past week that were worthy of being named Man of the Match. John Brooks, Erik Palmer-Brown, & Joel Soñora were all given the nod by either FotMob or WhoScored, based purely stats. Andrew Wooten got on the score sheet in the 2. Bundesliga and both Sabbi & Soñora recorded assists as well.


John Brooks
According to WhoScored, Brooks was the highest rated player in Wolfsburg’s 3-0 shutout at Borussia Mönchengladbach. He assisted the 2nd goal after winning a header and sending the ball across the face of goal for an easy finish. ALL TOUCHES
