The United States Under-20 Men’s National Team wrap up their world cup group stage efforts with a match against Qatar. Chances of advancement to the knockout stage look good for the Americans. That’s the simple outlook. A win or a draw would pretty much guarantee their place, while they could even sneak in with a loss.

I’m just here to have fun and watch these talented youngsters do their thing. If they advance, awesome. If they don’t, it doesn’t change the fact that they have buckets and buckets of quality. Results are always secondary in these things. The great news is, the future of the programs looks to be in great hands.
