Tab Ramos will be without two key figures for this one. Star midfielder Alex Mendez and holding midfielder Chris Durkin are both suspended due to yellow card accumulation.
The U.S. got here by beating Qatar and Nigeria after losing to Ukraine in their opener. Meanwhile, France were perfect in the group stage, winning all three, scoring seven goals and only allowing two. They must be pretty good.
It will be a tall task for these young Americans, there’s no doubt. There’s also no doubt that this bunch has the talent to pull it off. It’s just a matter of it all coming together at the right time. Let’s do this.
