Back at it again! I hope everyone had a great summer (off season, rather). The Premier League has returned and all is right in the world again. It’s a short list this week, but we will be updating you every week on the growing number of our Americans playing in leagues abroad.

Christian Pulisic
Pulisic made his Premier League debut on Sunday when he entered the match in the 58th minute as Chelsea were handled by Manchester United 4-0. He didn’t get the start but came on the field very clearly wanting to make an impact. There were some moments that he’ll be upset with, but he was far from a hesitant newcomer. Did he do enough to earn the start next match? HIGHLIGHTS | Pogba moment | Start of an era

FotMob: 5.9 WhoScored: 6.1
23 touches; 100% passing; 1 key pass; 3/8 duels; 2/5 dribbles; dispossessed once; 4 recoveries

Matt Miazga
Reading have started the season with two losses after falling 2-1 at Hull City. Miazga played 90 minutes in both matches. HIGHLIGHTS

FotMob: 6.1 WhoScored: 6.6
1/1 tackles; 5 clearances; 6/9 duels; 84% passing; 3/7 long balls

Eric Lichaj
On the other end of that field was Lichaj, who has been captain of Hull City each of their first two matches (both wins). HIGHLIGHTS

FotMob: 7.2 WhoScored: 6.9
2/4 tackles; 6 clearances; 9 recoveries; 7/10 duels; 76% passing; 0/5 long balls

Antonee Robinson
The Wigan Athletic left back went the full 90 against Preston in a 3-0 loss. Robinson has started both games to kick off the new Championship season.

FotMob: 5.6 WhoScored: 6.2
2/3 tackles; 3 clearances; 7 recoveries; 1 interception; 74% passing; 6/14 duels; 1/4 dribbles

Tim Ream
Fulham and Ream are back in the 2nd tier after an ugly year in the Premier League. But Ream went 90 minutes at centerback in a 2-0 shutout of Blackburn on Saturday. He was the most accurate passer (92%) to play at least 45 minutes.

FotMob: 7.3 WhoScored: 7.3
1/3 tackles; 7 clearances; 5 recoveries; 1 interception; 1/2 aerials; 5/8 duels; 61/66 passing

Tim Weah
Weah got the start for Lille in their season opener and played 68 minutes. It wasn’t his best performance but there was one promising moment you can see below. He also picked up a yellow card for a bad foul in the 64th minute. HIGHLIGHT | YOUTH UPDATE

FotMob: 5.8 WhoScored: 6.1
89% passing; 1 chance created; 1/9 duels; 0/2 dribbles; dispossessed once

John Brooks
Wolfsburg advanced in the DFB Pokal after defeating Hallescher FC in penalty kicks on Monday. Brooks played all 90 minutes, picking up a yellow card along the way.

Aron Johannson
The 28-year-old started at striker for Hammarby in a 2-1 win over Helsingborg. He assisted the opening goal in the 22nd minute. Although he had a golden opportunity to put one home himself, after doing great work to get into position (first clip in highlights below). He was struggling to find minutes in Germany so hopefully Johannson can gain some momentum in the Allsvenskan. HIGHLIGHTS

FotMob: 7
86% passing; 2 chances created; 1 blocked shot; 1/4 duels

Emmanuel Sabbi
The Hobro man went the distance in a 2-0 loss to Bronby IF on Sunday. Playing in the midfield, he created the most chances (3) in the match.

FotMob: 6.7
78% passing; 1 shot off target; 2/3 long balls; 4/9 duels; 1/3 dribbles; 1/2 tackles; 6 recoveries

Ventura Alvarado
26-year-old Alvarado scored in Necaxa’s 3-1 loss to Tigres on Saturday.
