Last night, when the US women’s national team took the field against Japan in their last game of the SheBelieves Cup, their warm-up shirts were turned inside out so that the USSF crest was not visible, but the four stars they’ve earned were. It was a moment of protest in the wake of ugly legal statements becoming public, in which US Soccer’s legal counsel was revealed to be pursuing an extremely sexist and insulting line of defense. The players responded by covering up the USSF crest on their shirts and rolling up one leg of their shorts to hide the crest there as well.

As it turns out, when you turn the warmups inside out, it makes for a fire shirt that also makes a fire point about treating your WNT right. BreakingT, in conjunction with the USWNT Players Association, dropped this shirt last night after the game.

Don’t forget, BreakingT is the official licensed partner of the WNT players, meaning buying this stuff puts money directly in their pockets, as opposed to buying WNT merch through the federation.

They also have this Julie Ertz shirt out in case you needed that too, because Julie Ertz is the Atlas underneath the USWNT midfield keeping everyone running around and functioning.
