It’s been a week since the National Basketball Association found out that Rudy Gobert had tested positive for the coronavirus, which prompted a suspension of the league and began the dominos that led to the new reality we face today. For the foreseeable future, we have very few live soccer matches to watch. It has led to creative ways for people to pass the time as they practice social distancing in an effort to slow the spread of the virus.
Some people are watching old matches on TV. Some are now Turkish SuperLïg experts, as that league is one of the few that has continued to play while the rest of the sports world is on pause and a lot of the United States is pushing towards full quarantine. Some are reading books or watching movies and documentaries. Some are listening to every podcast they can download. Sports will return when the world is ready, but until then this new normal has us coming up with creative ways to pass the time.
So, the question this week is simple: what are you doing to pass the time? What soccer content are you craving to fill the void? Hit the comments and let us all know!
