The United States Men’s National Team has another huge World Cup qualifying window that begins next week, and Gregg Berhalter is calling in a squad he hopes can get two vital wins. Today, U.S. Soccer announced the 25-man USMNT roster that will compete in a home match against Mexico on November 12th in Cincinnati, followed by a trip to Kingston to take on Jamaica on November 16th.

The USMNT currently sits in 2nd place in the Octagonal standings, 3 points behind 1st place Mexico. That makes what is normally the biggest match on the home calendar for the USMNT even bigger, as the two teams will field their best squads in one of the fiercest rivalries in the world. The USMNT follows that up with a trip to The Office, one of the more difficult places to play in all of Concacaf, for a huge away trip that has the added element of having fans in the stands for the first time during this Octagonal round.

The USMNT will have some regular contributors out this month due to injury, like Gio Reyna, Sergiño Dest, and Gyasi Zardes. Also, John Brooks, who missed the last window due to injury, was not added to the roster despite him being healthy for Wolfsburg. However, we do see Christian Pulisic back in the lineup, returning from injury earlier this week for Chelsea FC. He had been injured during the September qualifier against Honduras and had missed last month’s international window. The USMNT #10’s return will be a welcome sight for the team and American fans.

The 25-man roster for the USMNT:

GOALKEEPERS (3): Sean Johnson (New York City FC), Zack Steffen (Manchester City), Matt Turner (New England Revolution)

DEFENDERS (9): Reggie Cannon (Boavista), Mark McKenzie (Genk), Chris Richards (Hoffenheim), Antonee Robinson (Fulham FC), Miles Robinson (Atlanta United), Joe Scally (Borussia Mönchengladbach), Sam Vines (Royal Antwerp), DeAndre Yedlin (Galatasaray), Walker Zimmerman (Nashville SC)

MIDFIELDERS (7): Kellyn Acosta (Colorado Rapids), Tyler Adams (RB Leipzig), Gianluca Busio (Venezia), Sebastian Lletget (LA Galaxy), Weston McKennie (Juventus), Yunus Musah (Valencia), Cristian Roldan (Seattle Sounders)

FORWARDS (6): Brenden Aaronson (Red Bull Salzburg), Paul Arriola (D.C. United), Jesús Ferreira (FC Dallas), Ricardo Pepi (FC Dallas), Christian Pulisic (Chelsea FC), Tim Weah (Lille)
