Konrad de la Fuente reportedly drawing interest from clubs in Spain and Germany

The forward might be saying bye, bye to Barcelona

His name is Konrad. That’s it, that’s what’s on the back of his shirt. Just Konrad. It’s his first name, usually players who just go by one name are making a statement and Konrad clearly wants to do that. So far, the young forward has been a stand out with the FC Barcelona B team and has seen time with the senior squad. However, it seems like he’d have to make a major jump to break into the starting XI of a stacked Barca attack.

ESPN is reporting that the Catalonian team is interested in selling the youngster to finance other transfers this summer. The report notes that teams in Germany and Spain have their eye on Konrad and he could command a decent fee. While this would see him possibly move away from one of the best clubs in the world, the article also states that Barca would want to include a buyback clause. That at least gives some idea of what the team thinks of him and what his value might be.
