Clearly we can all agree that the man of the match for Thursday’s semi-final win over Honduras in the Nations League was Tyler Adams who didn’t actually make the field but did pick up a yellow card minutes before the American’s finally broke through with the game winning goal.
However, if you’re looking for a player who actually saw the field then the SSFC man of the match as voted by you was Jordan Siebatcheu with a rating of 7.64, presumably thanks to his game winning goal though he only played the final fifteen. If you’re looking for the highest rated starter it was also the second rated player overall, John Anthony Brooks, who played a key role in the buildup to the goal. The MLS assist was one of a number of decisive passes Brooks played throughout the game and he was solid defensively as well (though not without mistake) making him the top starter for the match.
