Jozy Altidore has returned from the international break on fire, leading Toronto FC to a lopsided 4-0 victory over San Jose Earthquakes. After missing out on the Honduras draw, he’s gone and scored a nice brace in his return to league play.
Guess who?@JozyAltidore doubles the @torontofc lead. #TORvSJ https://t.co/BWDi9rkoav

The first goal was a very fine left-footed finish to the far post. For someone who gets a lot of negative responses from fans and media, Jozy’s ability to score with both feet and with his head is often over-looked.
#51 for @JozyAltidore.

#3 on the day for @torontofc. #TORvSJ https://t.co/Wbt5Cg2lCH
The second was header that might could have been dealt with better, but it went in the net. It’s his 50th and 51st career goals in MLS. Not a bad day for the USMNT’s third all-time leading scorer as his girlfriend was busy winning the U.S. Open tennis major just a few hours earlier.
Maybe now he’s known as her boyfriend instead of how the media has been labeling her these past few weeks?
