Community Corner: Who do you think will win MLS Cup?

MLS Playoffs begin today...which team has the edge?

MLS: Sporting KC at New York Red Bulls Vincent Carchietta-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome to another Community Corner, where we ask you to debate the hot issues in American soccer and, of course, pick a side. Today is Halloween, but it also marks the beginning of the MLS Cup Playoffs. 12 teams in Major League Soccer begin the postseason still in pursuit of their ultimate goal: to lift the MLS Cup trophy on December 8th. Here are those teams:

Eastern Conference

1. New York Red Bulls

2. Atlanta United

3. New York City FC

4. D.C. United

5. Columbus Crew SC

6. Philadelphia Union

Western Conference

1. Sporting Kansas City

2. Seattle Sounders

3. Los Angeles Football Club

4. FC Dallas

5. Portland Timbers

6. Real Salt Lake

So, simply put: who wins it all? Vote in the poll and let us know who you think it’s going to be, and why. And, remember, there can only be one winner, so make sure you only have one choice!
