The 2019 MLS season is in the books, and we have already proceeded into the offseason, where teams have been busy with moves and deals. We’ve already had an expansion draft and a waiver draft, with the re-entry drafts and the MLS Superdraft in the coming weeks.

One thing that teams will look forward to is the opening of the European transfer window in January and the ability to grab players from the European leagues, but it’s also a chance for European teams to bring in American talent from MLS. There have been some great young players that have emerged this season in MLS, from George Bello and Miles Robinson to Paxton Pomykal to Gianluca Busio to even Reggie Cannon or Jordan Morris. There are others, like Chris Durkin, who are already attempting the leap from the United States to Europe to test themselves against excellent competition.

Today’s Community Corner asks you: which MLS players do you hope make the leap to Europe this offseason? And, where should they land? Hit the comments and, as always, show your work. Let us know why you think a particular player is ready and why a particular league/team would be good for him.
