The day promised to be an exciting one with Christian Pulisic possibly getting a start in a very high profile match such as a Champions League final eight match-up, however lineups were never officially released due to the incident. The match is currently being delayed and looks closer to cancellation than beginning with the stands almost completely empty.
Details on how the explosion happened and the events surrounding it are sketchy. Thankfully it doesn’t sound like injuries extend beyond the one, but it’s a very scary situation nevertheless.
UPDATE: The match has been postponed until tomorrow.
