We’ve got an overview of the highs and lows for the Americans playing for clubs in leagues abroad.

Americans had a nice weekend, with a player notching a couple goals and others adding assists. Here’s how the United States internationals fared this weekend:

Germany

Andrew Wooten
The 29-year-old was Man of the Match for Sandhausen in a 3-3 draw with Paderborn in the 2nd tier. He scored two goals and added an assist as well. ASSIST | GOAL 1 | GOAL 2

Christian Pulisic
He entered the match for the final 18 minutes, replacing Jadon Sancho, who had scored both goals for Borussia Dortmund. Pulisic completed seven out of ten passes with 15 touches and he wasn’t able to make too much of an impact.

Weston McKennie
20-year-old McKennie went 90 minutes as Schalke 04 drew with RB Leipzig 0-0. He completed just 7 out of 22 pass attempts (31%) and won 6 out of 11 duels on the day. He was dispossessed four times and was given a yellow card in the 42nd minute. But he’s got a dirty job, a lot of his usefulness will not show on the stat line.

John Anthony Brooks
Brooks completed 86% of his passes (73/84) in 90 minutes for Wolfsburg as they shut out Fortuna Düsseldorf 3-0. He continues to play the long ball very well as he had four in this match. He added three clearances and an interception as well.

Alfredo Morales
On the other side of the field from Brooks was Morales. His day was obviously not as positive on the losing end. He was successful 10 out of 18 pass attempts and had three clearances in 78 minutes.

Gina Lewandowski
She picked up an assist in 90 minutes for Bayern Munich’s 2-0 win over Essen.

Bobby Wood
He got in a full 90 minutes for Hannover 96 on Saturday in a 2-1 loss to FC Augsberg. He was out muscled and lost most of his duels and was dispossessed three times but did complete all but one of his 18 pass attempts. He scored a brace just before leaving for the international break, but has had back-to-back disappointing matches since returning to his club.

Julian Green
Green passed the ball well (94%) but otherwise had a forgettable day. His Greuther Fürth side lost 2-0 at SV Darmstadt 98 and he won just two of his 12 duels in addition to being dispossessed six times.

England

Geoff Cameron
The 33-year-old vet played the first 70 minutes of Queens Park Rangers’ 1-0 win over Aston Villa. He picked up a very nice assist with a ball over the top of the defense. He picked up a knock and that is why he was subbed out. VIDEO

DeAndre Yedlin
Yedlin went the distance in Newcastle’s 0-0 draw at Southampton. He completed just 55% of his passes but did pretty well on the defensive end adding six clearances en route to the shut out.

Lynden Gooch
Gooch got his sixth assist of the season (to go along with three goals) as Sunderland beat Southend by a score of 3-0. Sunderland have lost just one match so far in League 1 and Gooch has been a big part of that. He was subbed out in the 74th minute.

Tim Ream
Fulham are struggling heavily in the top tier. Sitting in the relegation zone, they have taken just five points from the first ten. On Saturday, they were handed a bad loss at home against AFC Bournemouth by a final of 3-0. Ream was at CB for the whole beating.

Eric Lichaj
The Hull City man played 90 minutes in a 1-0 win over Bolton Wanderers. He won half his duels on the day, added two clearances & an interception, and helped secured the shutout.

Antonee Robinson
It looked like Robinson was deployed as a left wing-back in front of a three-man back line for Wigan Athletic over the weekend. He finished with 77% passing, he whipped three crosses and was credited with one key pass on the day. He was, however, dispossessed three times.

Belgium

Kenny Saief
He came on for the second half and assisted the lone goal for Anderlecht’s 2-1 loss at Eupen.

Frantzdy Pierrot
The 23-year-old Haitian, born in Boston, scored two goals in 88 minutes for Mouscron in a 2-2 draw with Zulte-Waregem in the First Division A.

Denmark

Jonathan Amon
He played 71 minutes over the weekend for Nordsjælland in a 3-3 draw against Horsens.

Emmanuel Sabbi
The 20-year-old went 83 minutes for Hobro’s 1-0 win over Vejle.

Mexico

Omar Gonzalez
The Atlas man played all 90 minutes as they drew with Necaxa 2-2.

Ventura Alvarado
He went 90 minutes for Necaxa’s draw against Omar and Atlas.

William Yarbrough
He played the full 90 between the sticks as Leon were thrashed 4-0 by Puebla.
