We are jam packed this week with goals, assists and even a new addition to Yanks Abroad. Youngster Kevin Lankford makes the list with a eye opening assist you need to see. DeAndre Yedlin showed up big against a PL giant, Rubio Rubin got his first goal in Mexico, plus surprise goals from Mix Diskerud AND Omar Gonzalez.

Let’s get to the highs & lows from the past week:

DeAndre Yedlin
Nice day for Yedlin and Newcastle as they defeated Arsenal 2-1 and put themselves in 10th place. Seemingly they’re finally safe from relegation. Yedlin picked up the assist on their first goal.

Jann-Christopher George
The 25-year-old scored the two goals to defeat Green and Greuther Fürth, and he did it after entering the match at half time. The first came just 2 minutes after subbing in, and he scored the winner in the 84’ min as well. In his 26 matches this season for Jahn Regensburg, he’s got 6 goals and 3 assists.

Theoson Jordan Siebatcheu
The Reims forward was on a bit of scoring drought in the French Ligue 2, but he recorded a brace on Saturday in a 3-0 win over Paris FC.

Kevin Lankford
The 19-year-old had a beautiful run through the defense to pick up an assist as his Heidenheim side got the 3-1 win over Fortuna Düsseldorf in the second tier of Germany. He had subbed on in the 70’ min and set up the goal just 9 minutes later. (VIDEO LINK)

Mix Diskerud
Don’t look now but Mix has scored or assisted in each of IFK Goteborg’s first three matches the 2018 Allvenskan season. He’s got 2 goals and an assist after netting his side’s loan goal in a 2-1 loss at Östersunds FK.

Romain Gall
23-year-old Gall picked up an assist for Sundsvall over the weekend in a 2-2 draw with Malmo FF. He has started both matches of the season in Sweden.

Rubio Rubin
He came off the bench in the 73rd min and scored in the 84th as Tijuana beat Chivas 3-0. It was Rubin’s first goal since joining Liga MX in February.

Omar Gonzalez
The centerback earned an assist as Pachuca defeated Santos 3-1. He didn’t really do much to create the goal... but it counts the same.

Christian Pulisic
He had a rough first half but started to play better as the game drew on and was still one of the better players on the field for Borussia Dortmund. However with Schalke 04 winning 2-0 on the day, Pulisic turned in pretty poor numbers along with most of his teammates. He completed 24/31 passes for 77%, he lost 15 duels (won 6), and was dispossessed a couple times.

Weston McKennie
He came on for the final 19 minutes of Schalke’s 2-0 win over Dortmund. McKennie completed 4/6 passes and did pretty well with the short appearance.

Timmy Chandler
Chandler came on for the final 20 minutes as Eintracht Frankfurt was handled by Bayer Leverkusen 4-1. With just 14 touches he contributed two key passes and four successful crosses.

Matt Miazga
Vitesse ran an absolute train on Sparta Rotterdam on Saturday, winning match 7-0. Miazga was subbed out for a job well done in the 71st minute with his team up by four goals.

Andrija Novakovich
The Telstar man played the full 90 in a 1-0 win over Jong FC Utrecht in the Dutch second division.

Kenny Saief
Anderlecht got the 1-0 win over Club Brugge (Ethan Horvath on the bench as backup) and Kenny played the full 90.

Heather O’Reilly
She played all but the last few moments of the Arsenal Ladies’ 2-1 win over Everton in the FA Cup Semifinals. They’ll take on Chelsea on May 5th.

Tim Ream
The centerback went the full 90 in Fulham’s 1-1 draw with Brentford. He had 93% passing, five clearances, and an interception.

Cameron Carter-Vickers
CCV lined up in the middle of a three-man back line for Ipswitch Town. It wasn’t the best day for any of them and Nottingham Forest won 2-1.

Julian Green
He started and he played 63 minutes of Greuther Fürth’s 2-1 loss to Jahn Regensburg, picking up a yellow card in the 36 min.
