WATCH: Romain Gall nets brace for Malmö

The kid is really doing work in Sweden.

Romain Gall is making a name for himself in Sweden. The 23-year-old United States youth international struck twice today for Malmö FF in their 5-0 victory over Sirius in Allsvenskan play. It was his first two goals for Malmö since joining them on July 18th, and both goals were incredible. These goals are world class on any level, and you can watch this video over and over.

Gall came to Malmö from GIF Sundsvall, where he had 7 goals and 4 assists in 13 league matches this season and added 2 goals and an assist in Swedish Cup play. His play caught the eyes of Malmö coaches, and they made the move to acquire him midseason.

Romain Gall has featured as part of the United States U-18 and U-20 teams, and you’d think with performances like these that he should be on the list for consideration for the USMNT. Will we see Gall’s name on the roster for any of the friendlies the USMNT have this fall? If he keeps up his play, he could leave American interim manager Dave Sarachan with no choice but to include him in his plans.
