Following our Americans overseas has come a very long way in the last few years. The list has continued to grow, and this weekend we had five players record goals across Europe. But it isn’t just goals. Americans are contributing important minutes all around the globe. However, it wasn’t all good news this week, as we had an important player to the United States Men’s National Team pick up an injury.

Let’s get to the highs & lows from this past week:

Christian Pulisic
Check out video and more on Pulisic’s very nice goal to earn a point for Borussia Dortmund on the weekend in the Youth Update.

Romain Gall
Gall is still in top form as Malmö thrashed Kalmar over in Sweden by a final of 4-0. The 23-year-old scored his ninth goal of the season and added an assist as well. His team has not lost in 12 straight Allsvenskan matches.

Andrija Novakovich
Novakovich recorded an impressive brace over the weekend. More on him in the Youth Update.

Lynden Gooch
Gooch is doing the damn thing in League One. He has racked up three goals and four assists so far. Find more (and video) about his brace over Rochdale here.

Jann-Christopher George
The 26-year-old scored in the 75th minute for Jahn Regensburg’s 5-0 slaughter at Hamburger SV.

DeAndre Yedlin
Yedlin went all 90 minutes for Newcastle in a 0-0 draw at Crystal Palace. He played well on the day with four ball recoveries, two clearances, two key passes and finished with 81% pass success. He also earned a yellow card in the 36th minute for a bad tackle.

Weston McKennie
McKennie got an assist on his Champions League debut last week but was injured over the weekend after earning the start vs Bayern Munich. For more on him, check out the Youth Update.

Matt Miazga
Miazga played 90 minutes as Nantes were defeated by Lille 2-1. He finished with 81% passing, seven clearances, two interceptions, and he won nine aerials as well.

Alfredo Morales
28-year-old Morales had another solid performance for Fortuna Düsseldorf in the Bundesliga after scoring the week before. He played all 90 minutes in the midfield as they drew with Stuttgart 0-0. He had four shots, forcing one save, and he had two key passes on the day as well.

Cameron Carter-Vickers
CCV made his first start for Swansea City during the week and played very well before returning to the bench on the weekend. Find more on Carter-Vickers here.

Eric Lichaj
The Hull City right back went all 90 minutes as they shutout Reading 3-0. Lichaj completed 85% of his passes but was unable to contribute much more than his three clearances on the day.

Antonee Robinson
The 21 year old played the full 90 for Wigan Athletic in a 1-0 win over Bristol City. The left back had a rough day completing just 15 of 28 passes. He was also dispossessed four times. Robinson won about half his duels and was able to come up with a couple nice tackles.

Bobby Wood
The Hannover man got the start on Saturday vs Nürnberg. But after a red card to one of his teammates, his manager made a tactical move and subbed Wood out of the game just 31 minutes into the match. It didn’t help much, as they were defeated 2-0.

John Brooks
He went the distance as his Wolfsburg side were defeated 3-1 at home to Freiburg. He completed 90 out of 101 passes, won five duels, two clearances and an interception. Despite the loss, Wolfsburg are still sitting in 5th place in the Bundesliga.

Fabian Johnson
Johnson started on the right wing for Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday, but he was subbed out at halftime with his team down 2-1 to Hertha Berlin. Gladbach took the loss on the day by a final of 4-2. He has put together a string of starts, but appears to be the first choice to sub out each out each match.

Julian Green
He turned in some ugly numbers for Greuther Fürth’s 2-0 loss at FC Heidenheim in the second tier of Germany. Of his five shots on goal, none were on target. He lost six duels as well.

Erik Palmer-Brown
EPB and NAC Breda got smashed by VVV-Venlo on Saturday by a final score of 3-0. Unsurprisingly, Palmer-Brown at center back didn’t have the best day. But he did complete 89% of his passes and add nine clearances as well.

Shaq Moore
The 21-year-old went 90 minutes for Reus in Spain’s second division as they drew with Gimnastic de Tarragona 1-1.

Kenny Saief
He played the final 25 minutes as Anderlecht beat Standard Liege 2-1.

Brendan Hines-Ike
The 23-year-old went 90 minutes at right back for Kortrijk’s 2-0 win over Zulte-Waregem in Belgium.

Ventura Alvarado
Alvarado went all 90 minutes for Necaxa in a 3-2 win at Toluca.
