The Bundesliga is back and we have a lot of action to report from the United States men & women playing all around the world.
Germany
Weston McKennie
He played 89 minutes and had the match winning assist as Schalke 04 defeated Wolfsburg 2-1. McKennie also had three chances created, the most of any player in the match. He finished with 73% passing and was dispossessed twice. The 20-year-old will miss the next match after picking up a yellow card in the 66th minute for a bad foul.

Alfredo Morales
28-year-old Morales also had the match winning assist for Fortuna Düsseldorf on Saturday. He played all 90 minutes, completing 71% of his passes. Morales also created two chances and had the most tackles in the match with three. VIDEO
Christian Pulisic
His Borussia Dortmund side faced off with RB Leipzig and Tyler Adams on Saturday (although Adams didn’t feature). Pulisic came off the bench for the final 14 minutes and completed 88% of his passes on 19 touches. The two Americans traded jerseys after the match.
Haji Wright
Wright also got on the field for Schalke for stoppage time, but that was just enough time for him to botch an easy tap in. Honestly, it was tough to watch but he’ll have to quickly put that miss behind him and be ready for his next opportunity.
John Brooks
Brooks played all 90 minutes for Wolfsburg on the losing end of McKennie’s winning assist. He was the most accurate passer (w/ at least 45 mins) at 90% while also contributing two recoveries, two interceptions, and two clearances.
Josh Sargent
Entered Werder Bremen’s 1-0 loss to Hannover in the 80th minute. He got just nine touches and completed two out of four passes.
Bobby Wood
Starting up top for Hannover, he played 63 minutes before being subbed out. He finished with 69% passing and did not take one single shot.
Scotland
Tim Weah
Our boy made his debut for Celtic FC in the 69th minute and then opened his account just 14 minutes later. Video of the goal is below and there is more on him in the Youth Update.

Ian Harkes
After being released by D.C. United at the end of the season, Harkes signed with Dundee United in Scotland and scored his first goal on his debut Saturday. He scored in the 90th minute to complete the 4-0 blowout in the FA Cup over Montrose. Donald has more on Harkes right here.

DeAndre Yedlin
Newcastle picked up a 3-0 win over Cardiff to climb out of the relegation zone. Yedlin went 90 minutes completing 71% of his passes (three key passes). Most of the action in the game for Newcastle came from the right side with him in the mix and it was a solid performance the 25-year-old.
Cameron Carter-Vickers
CCV entered the match after an injury to Joe Rodon and it looks like he will be filling in for the foreseeable future. More on him in the Youth Update.
Lynden Gooch
Sunderland drew with Scunthorpe United by a final of 1-1 with Gooch playing all 90 minutes. They took the lead in the 59th minute only to drop two points after an absolutely gorgeous equalizer in the 87th minute. They’re still in third place with a game in hand on the top two teams.
Tim Ream
His Fulham side went up early on Tottenham Hotspur after an own goal, but that lead was erased after an ugly failed clearance from Ream. He took a big swing-and-miss just outside the box and the ball was in the net two touches later. The centerback didn’t have much too much of an impact outside of the error and he touched the ball just 29 times (the fewest of any outfield player). If you’re a glutton for punishment, the video is below. (VIDEO LINK)
Australia
Hailie Mace
Just 12 minutes on the pitch into her debut for Melbourne City FC, Mace put home the last goal of a 4-0 shutout of the Newcastle Jets.

Veronica Latsko
She scored the lone goal for Adelaide United (on loan from the Houston Dash) in a 4-1 loss at home to Western Sydney Wanderers. VIDEO
Amber Brooks
Brooks is also at Adelaide on loan from the Dash and she picked up the assist on the goal.
Netherlands
Andrija Novakovich
The Fortuna Sittard man played all 90 minutes as they were destroyed by De Graafschap 5-1. Novakovich completed 75% of his passes and created one chance on the day. But he had just 25 touches the whole match and was dispossessed twice.
Belgium
Ethan Horvath
The shot stopper for Club Brugge was in goal for a tough 1-0 loss against Sporting Charleroi. They are sitting ten points behind Genk for the top of the table.
