Tyler Adams and his big debut in Germany is the biggest story from the past week, but the other yanks scattered throughout Europe were involved the action as well. It was also very busy in Australia where the United States women recorded several goals & assists.

Germany

Tyler Adams
It was a really great debut for Adams on Sunday in the Bundesliga. RB Leipzig got a big 4-0 win and he played all 90 minutes. The 19-year-old had the most tackles in the match (4) and won the most duels (9) as well. He completed 46 out of 57 passes on the day and also had nine recoveries. Highlights of his day below. (HIGHLIGHTS) (POST-GAME)

Alfredo Morales
On the other side of the field was Morales, who actually fouled Adams in a rather dangerous spot for RBL at one point. He played the full 90 completing 87% of his passes along the way. He also had ten recoveries and three interceptions, but was on the losing end of 11 out of 19 duels.

Josh Sargent
He came off the bench in the 69th minute for Werder Bremen in a 2-2 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt. He created one chance and completed seven out of nine passes with 12 touches on the day. His highlights are below. VIDEO

John Brooks
Wolfsburg were shutout 3-0 at home against Bayer Leverkusen with Brooks playing all 90 minutes. It was really just an ugly day for the centerback despite completing 89% of his passes. He somehow had zero tackles attempted, zero blocked shots, zero interceptions, lost both duels, and he got a yellow card for a foul.

Scotland

Tim Weah
Weah is looking too damn cool in those Celtic hoops! On Wednesday last week he scored his 2nd goal in a 26-minute appearance against St. Mirren. You can find his highlights from that match below. He then got the start and played 63 minutes against Hamilton Academical in a 3-0 win on Saturday. VIDEO

Netherlands

Andrija Novakovich
On Wednesday last week in the KNVB Cup Quarter-final, Novakovich scored a fantastic goal for Fortuna Sittard. Unfortunately, it was the only goal of the match and they were defeated by Feyenoord 4-1. He then played 90 minutes on Sunday in league play where Sittard beat Vitesse 2-1. In that match he had just 25 touches but created two chances. VIDEO

England

Duane Holmes
The 24-year-old created the lone goal of Derby County’s 1-0 FA Cup win over Accrington Stanley. After scoring in league play last week, Holmes proved vital again. This is obviously a pretty fortunate goal/assist, but he does very well in the build up to cause problems in the box.

Cameron Carter-Vickers
CCV started off slow and even got a yellow card for a bad foul in the 14th minute, but he eventually got into the flow of the match and played pretty well. Swansea got the 4-1 win over League 1 opponent Gillingham. Video of the only goal they conceded is below. Carter-Vickers actually does well initially to stand up List and contain him out wide. But eventually he gets a pass away and two touches later it was in the net. VIDEO

Eric Lichaj
Lichaj came off the bench just before halftime for Hull City because of an injury. Hull were shutout by Blackburn Rovers by a final of 3-0. Lichaj was nine of 16 passing with two clearances and three recoveries. He did get one shot (off target).

Belgium

Ethan Horvath
The Club Brugge keeper played 90 minutes in a 2-1 win over Oostende. Brugge is in 2nd place but sits 7 points behind Genk at the top of the table.

Kenny Saief
He has been dealing with injuries woes for some time now, but he got on the field for the first time in a month for Anderlecht’s 2-1 win over Eupen. However, he was only out there for seven minutes. Hopefully he can start to string some appearances together and get back into the squad.

Australia

Celeste Boureille
The 24-year-old scored in the 32nd minute as the Brisbane Roar defeated Canberra United by a final of 4-1. She has one goal and one assist in 11 starts this season.

Rachel Hill
Hill scored one and assisted one for Perth in a big 5-1 win at Western Sydney. She’s got five goals and six assists this season.

Katy Naughton
The 24-year-old defender also scored one for Perth in the 39th minute, her first since joining the club this season.

Alyssa Mautz
Mautz contributed an assist to the tally in her 90 minutes. She’s got four goals and two assists this year for fourth place Perth.

Arin Wright
Wright converted a penalty to open the scoring and help give the Newcastle Jets a 2-1 win over Adelaide United.

Mexico

Ventura Alvarado
The Necexa man went all 90 minutes in defense in a 0-0 draw against Morelia.
