The Yanks Abroad were looking mighty fine last week, with several fantastic goals and one must-see assist. This is without the usual healthy dose of nice goals from the W-League in Australia, which begins the playoffs this weekend. Also, we must say goodbye as one Yank leaves this weekly update and is coming home to MLS.

We’ve got plenty to keep your attention off the injury list this week. Let’s get to it:

England

Matt Miazga

The 24-year-old scored a banger in Reading FC’s 3-1 win over Birmingham FC. The goal brought them level, but they were down because he muffed a header back to his keeper that was poked in to open the scoring in just the fifth minute.
