The United States is back in action tonight as they take on Canada in the second of two friendlies to culminate January training camp. The match will provide the Americans with a chance to test out some new players, get some kids valuable experience and begin a very important year with two wins.
As was the case for last week's match against Iceland, neither team has access to all of their best players. It is not a FIFA international date so clubs don't have to release their players, which leaves the teams with rosters almost entirely comprised of MLS players.
The match will be televised live on Fox Sports 1, with kickoff set for 10:30 p.m. ET. John Strong and Stuart Holden will be in the booth for the call, while Jenny Taft will handle the sideline duties. There will also be a pre-game show, beginning at 10 p.m. ET and featuring Rob Stone, Alexi Lalas and Eric Wynalda field-side.
In addition to the English-language broadcast, UniMas will have the match live in Spanish. Fox Sports Go will stream the match on all devices.
Match date/time: Friday, 10:30 p.m. ET
