Tuesday’s 1-1 draw between the United States and Peru saw a generally favorable shift in match scores compared to the USMNT’s 4-2 loss to Columbia. Scores were up across the board and this week’s Man of the Match was rated a full point higher than anyone from the Columbia game.
The Stars and Stripes FC Community Man of the Match was none other than goal scorer Josh Sargent with a 7.62 rating.

It wasn’t just the goal from the youngster either. The 18-year-old forward, who is expected to see his first competitive minutes with Werder Bremen in the near future, also played some nice passes that created opportunities, like this slick little pass that Kellyn Acosta probably wishes he had handled a bit better.
