Full-time - That’ll do it. Three youngsters get their first goal. Just like it should’ve been. Good job all around.

58’ - Tim Weah gets in on the action now! The PSG youngster gets his first international goal, tapping in a lovely cross from Antonee Robinson.

51’ - It’s 2-0 and it’s Josh Sargent who scores on his international debut! The 18-year-old becomes the second youngest player to score on their debut (Juan Agudelo) and the fifth youngest to get a goal overall. He picked off a terrible pass by the Bolivian goalkeeper and squeezed it by him after a nice first touch.

37’ - After a dominant first half of possession and chances, the USMNT finally have something to show for it. LAFC defender Walker Zimmerman has notched his first career international goal late in the half to give the U.S. the lead. Joe Corona’s corner found the big man open in the box and his header was true.

Pre-Match: The United States men’s national team begins their three-match summer friendly schedule with a match-up with Bolivia. It’s two years to the day since these two met before the 2016 Copa America Centenario and Christian Pulisic scored his first-ever international goal.

The 19-year-old headlines a roster chalked full of young players looking to make a name for themselves like he did on that night. If nothing else, this summer gives us all a chance to see Pulisic play for the USMNT against. This will be the first time he’s put on a USA kit since that traumatic night in Trinidad & Tobago in October.

Other young and exciting players that could feature include: Tim Weah, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Keaton Parks, and Josh Sargent.

For those pleading to see a roster of youth and the beginning of the next generation for the national team, this friendly is exactly what you’ve been asking for. Who’s excited?
