The USMNT last played Peru back in September 2015 at RFK Stadium in the District of Columbia, which was a 2-1 victory thanks to a second half brace by Jozy Altidore. Peru, coming off its first World Cup appearance in 36 years, is a strong team that plays an exciting style of soccer and should continue the formidable tests for the young USMNT players.
The October 16th matchup will be on ESPN2, UniMas and Univision Deportes and will have a 7:30pm kickoff.
