The USMNT is also set to play Wales in a friendly at Liberty Stadium, home of Swansea City, on November 12th. With the addition of Panama, a familiar foe to the USMNT, the team now has a full schedule of friendlies for the November window.
It will be the first time the USMNT will play Panama outside of the region at a neutral site. Wiener Neustadt is about 40 miles south of Vienna and is home to SC Wiener Neustadt, a 2nd division Austrian club. It will be the USMNT’s 3rd visit to Austria, though they will not play the host nation as they did the previous 2 times.
