The United States Men’s National Team entered 2021 with a bang, dispatching Trinidad and Tobago 7-0 Sunday night in Orlando. When you have a match with 7 goals, a penalty save, and 73% possession, that means you had several wonderful performances.
The vast majority of the SSFC community thought that most players that saw the field for the USMNT Sunday night performed great. However, there was one who was a full horse length ahead of the rest of the pack: Jesús Ferreira. His 2 goals and 3 assists was enough to earn him U.S. Soccer’s Insiders Man of the Match, and you all voted him the SSFC Man of the Match.
