Yesterday, USMNT head coach Gregg Berhalter released his 26-man roster for friendlies this month against Jamaica and Northern Ireland. Because of Covid restrictions and injuries, the roster was tricky to put together, but still Berhalter was able to put together a pretty strong squad for these friendlies.
Still, there are plenty of players out there who did not get the call up. Covid has made some of those choices difficult, particularly for the match in Belfast, but some players could have been called in as reinforcements for the squad during the month. With this being the last opportunity for Gregg Berhalter to see his players before the Nations League Finals begin in June, we’re starting to get a clue as to which players are on the outside looking in at this point.
We pose this question to you: which player was the biggest snub from the roster? Try not to include anyone whose call-up was prohibited by Covid or injury, but hit the comments and let us know which player you feel should be in camp that didn’t get the call.
