USMNT midweek viewing guide: T&T away, back to club football

The USMNT looks to seal Copa América qualification, U-17s face Germany in the World Cup, and Balogun vs PSG on Friday.

Midweek USMNT action is here as the international break wraps up, the U-17 World Cup continues, and the club games get rolling again. Let’s get into it!

Monday

  • Trinidad and Tobago vs USA, 7p on TNT, Universo, Max, Peacock, Fubo (free trial): Gio Reyna and the USA take a 3-0 lead into the away leg in Port of Spain. Winning the 2-game series means qualifying for Copa América and advancing to the Nations League semifinals.

Tuesday

  • Germany U-17 vs USA U-17, 3:30a on FS1, Fubo, Sling, Telemundo Deportes En Vivo: For all you early risers out there, the U-17s have advanced out of the group, and face Germany in the World Cup round of 16.

Friday

  • PSG vs Monaco, 3p on beIN Sports USA, beIN Sports en Español, Fubo, Sling, Fanatiz: Folarin Balogun and Monaco are three points behind PSG, who lead Ligue 1. Balogun scored a memorable goal against PSV last year during his loan at Reims.

  • Hamburg vs Braunschweig, 12:30p on ESPN+: US U23 striker Johan Gómez and Braunschweig meet Hamburg in 2. Bundesliga action.
  • SønderjyskE vs Næstved, 1p: José Gallegos and SønderjyskE play in Denmark’s second tier.
  • Dordrecht vs ADO Den Haag, 2p: Korede Osundina and Dordrecht meet Den Haag in the Eerste Divisie. Justin Che had carved out a starting role with Den Haag, but may be unavailable due to a recent injury.
  • Köln vs Bayern Munich, 2:30p on ESPN+ (free trial): Young German-American forward Damion Downs could make a cameo for Köln as they face Bundesliga giants Bayern.
  • Vizela vs Estrela Amadora, 2:30p: Alex Méndez and Vizela meet Estrela in Portugal’s cup competition, the Taça de Portugal.
  • St. Truiden vs Antwerp, 2:45p: Sam Vines hasn’t played for Antwerp since September 3 due to injury.
