There’s a long and winding line of clubs forming at Borussia Dortmund’s front door waiting to try and pry Christian Pulisic away from them. Current Premier League title chasers, Tottenham Hotspur, are the latest club to be linked with the 18-year-old phenom.

The Daily Mail reports that Spurs have had their top scout, Steve Hitchen, keeping tabs on Pulisic. The talent evaluator was in the crowd for Dortmund’s 3-2 first leg home loss to AS Monaco in the Champions League quarterfinals on Wednesday. In that match, Pulisic came off the bench at halftime with Dortmund trailing 2-0 and changed the match with his dynamic flank play. Even the commentators calling the match on TV were raving over the immediate impact the youngster had on Dortmund’s play.

There have been a host of clubs linked with Pulisic over the past year. Among them have been Liverpool, Stoke City, RB Leipzig, and more. Notorious Dortmund raiders, Bayern Munich, have even been rumored to be a potential future landing spot.

Spurs undoubtedly have the funds to make such a move happen if they really wanted. While Dortmund have been resolute in their desire to keep the Pennsylvania native, there will be many clubs out there willing to tempt them as long as he’s proving how much talent and potential he has in big games.
