Chris Gloster appears to be on the move. According to German outlet Bild, Gloster is set to transfer to Dutch club PSV Eindhoven for a transfer fee of around 250,000 Euros.

The 19-year-old left back has been the subject of transfer rumors all summer long after his standout U-20 World Cup performance for the United States. Recently, PSV had submitted an improved offer for Gloster after their initial advances were rejected. Last week, it was reported that Gloster had made up his mind and that he wanted to leave Hannover and sign with PSV. Now it appears that all parties are happy.

After leaving the New York Red Bulls academy, Gloster spent last season playing with Hannover’s reserves, but he never got the opportunity to play with their first team. He will have his work cut out for him to break through with the traditionally Champions League-caliber club. In the short term, Gloster will likely join fellow U-20 World Cup teammate Richie Ledezma with Jong PSV (PSV’s reserves) in Holland’s second division, the Eerste Divisie.
