The 26-year-old United States Men’s National Team forward from the Seattle Sounders is being viewed as a major grab for Swansea, as they are 2nd in the EFL Championship and fighting to earn promotion back to the Premier League. Morris is currently in January Camp with the USMNT, but that would undoubtedly change should a loan materialize with the Welsh club.
Jordan Morris has 43 goals and 21 assists in 131 total appearances for the Sounders, earning two MLS Cups and participating in 4 finals in his 5 seasons with the club. He also has 10 goals and 8 assists for the USMNT in 39 caps dating back to 2014, when he made his debut while still playing in college for the Stanford Cardinal.
Swansea are hoping to sign #USMNT and #Sounders winger Jordan Morris on a 6-month loan. Currently sit second in the Championship.
